Do's & Dont's: These tips were created to provide helpful information to parents, kids, and participants in an effort to ensure that your Bounce Party is extraordinary. While we certainly hope that you will use our rental services, these tips can be helpful for whatever service you use.

Weather Policy

Weather Cancellations can only be 24 hours before your event. Cancellations due to weather, made more than 24 hours before your Event are not eligible for Raincheck, your payment will be forfeited. Weather is too unpredictable for earlier cancellations to be accepted.

Deposit Policy

For all Clients: There is a non-refundable deposit of 25% for all orders.

For Delivery Only Clients: Weather Cancellations can only be 24 hours before your event. Cancellations due to weather, made more than 24 hours before your Event are not eligible for Raincheck, your payment will be forfeited. Weather is too unpredictable for earlier cancellations to be accepted.

For Customer Pickup Clients: In order for your Deposit to be eligible for Raincheck in the event of cancellation due to weather, there must be a 70% chance of rain predicted for at least 2 of the 4 days you will have our equipment in your possession.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOTWEAR IS ALLOWED?

DON'T - Allow children in any bounce house, slide, combo, or obstacle course with shoes or any other type of footwear.

ARE YOUR INFLATABLES SAFE AND CLEAN?

Yes. We use the safest designs made by reputable manufacturers. Each inflatable is cleaned with non-toxic cleaning solution and disinfected between rentals. They are inspected onsite to ensure they are safe and ready. Ask about our cleaning practices and our 'Clean' guarantee.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, it's smart to ensure that the rental service is insured. Your standard home owners insurance might cover any accidents to children while in the bounce house (call your insurance provider if you are not sure of your coverage in this area). If you are having your party at a public park, you will also need to check with park and find out whether or not you need insurance.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

DO NOT allow children with markers, crayons, or SILLY STRING or SOAP on any inflatable. The chemicals in these items, most specifically SILLY STRING, can cause PERMANANT damage to the bounce house and could cause significant additional charges to be applied.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS SPILLED ON OUR RENTED INFLATABLE?

WATER is the only liquid that maybe used to clean up a spill. NO baby oil or soap
